In 1992 she reached one International Tennis Federation, ITF Circuit semifinal. In 1996 she won first pro title at ITF Makarska in Croatia and then reached first Tour singles final at Bol. In 1997 she made her Grand Slam debut at the Australian Open and also reached the second round at Roland Garros. In 2000 she won first two Tour singles titles and broke into Top 20 and also won the Gold Coast with three-set Top 20 wins over No. 12 Kournikova in the quarterfinals. In 2005 she reached fourth career Tour doubles final at Pattaya City. She was a baseline player who preferred clay courts. In 1993 she was the Mediterranean Games Gold Medalist in doubles. In his career her best ranking in singles was No. 18 on May 29th, 2000 and in doubles was No. 54 on June 7th, 2004.
