In 1998 she reached the Wimbledon finals, in 1991 she reached the French Open quarter finals and in 2000 U.S. Open she reached the quarter finals as well. She was coached by Regis de Camaret. In 1995 she won Eastbourne for her first-ever grass court title. In 1997 she reached Wimbledon quarterfinal and in 1998 she reached first Grand Slam final in 43 attempts at Wimbledon at the age of 30. In 2001 she competed in her 18th Roland Garros French Open, an all-time record at the tournament.
 
She won her 600th career singles match on the way to the fourth round finish at the US Open. In 2002 she was the doubles finalist at Birmingham and quarterfinalist at Wimbledon. She was seeded in singles at every tour event she played in the last four years of her career and qualified for the season-ending championships in 1990 93 in singles, 1988 and 1994 in doubles and qualified in singles and doubles again from 1997 to 2001.
 
Nathalie Tauziat with all her dedication and devotion in her play has achieved many goals in her overall tennis-playing career. She had the ability of defeating the opponent easily by giving some extra hard work and efforts. She was a legendry tennis player known for an outstanding play during her time.
