Tennis is an outdoor sport which can be played between two players or four players. Players utilize a stringed racquet to hit a rubber ball, hollow inside covered with felt over a net into the opponent's court. In some places tennis is referred to as lawn tennis. This game started in England and was the most popular amongst the upper class of society. Presently tennis is an Olympic sport, as well as, it is played in various tournaments including the four Grand Slams in many countries, by people of all ages and classes. There are three different court surfaces it is played on namely, clay court, grass court and hard court. Depending on the surface, each one provides a different movement of speed and bounce for the ball, which in turn affects the level of play of individual players. Paolo Bertolucci was born on 3rd August 1951 at Forte Dei Marmi, Italy. His height is 5 foot 9 inches with weight 180 lbs. He is a right-handed professional former tennis player. Bertolucci's greatest success was the victory at the 1977 Hamburg Masters, beating Manuel Orantes in the final in four sets. In 1976 he also won the ATP, Association of Tennis Professionals tournaments of Florence and Barcelona. He was non playing-captain of Italy's Davis Cup team from 1997 to 2001. He was a quarterfinalist for 1973 French Open. In 1973, Paolo Bertolucci defeated Arthur Ashe by 7-6, 6-3, and 6-4.
