In 2003, he won his first career Futures title in his third event in Serbia and Montenegro, and also reached two Futures semifinals for 10-5 record. Novak won first career Challenger title two weeks later in Budapest and qualified into first career ATP, Association of Tennis professionals, event at Umag. He also won Futures event in Beograd, his first career ATP match over Clemnt as qualifier in Bucharest to reach 2nd round. Later in the season he won Aachen Challenger. Novak Djokovic is the No. 1 player from Serbia & Montenegro who finished as the youngest player in the Top 100 at 18 years, 5 months, also posted career highs for wins of 11-11 and prize money 202,416 dollars. He opened the season by making his Grand Slam debut as a qualifier at the Australian Open.
 
He is a player known for his mental toughness, and because of that, many of his most famous matches went the distance. He was a unique and skilled tennis player who in his career drew many fans. Being one of the all-time revolutionary players, he was always applauded for his stunning effort contributing to the game. During his career he has won several titles and was always in the process of improving his play.
