Juan Gisbert is one of the finest tennis players with an international repute and recognition as all time great professional. In his career, he holds the best ranking position of number 32 in the world in singles on the ATP, Association of Tennis Professionals’ ranking and achieving that rank on April 8, 1975.
 
Juan won one singles title and reached the finals at the Australian Championships in 1968 and Cincinnati in 1971. He possesses a right-handed playing style and compiled a singles record of 174-131 mark and doubles record of 220-72 mark. Juan Gisbert played Australian Championships in 1968 with his rival opponent William Bowrey and scored in impressive 5-7, 6-2, 7-9, 4-6 points against him.
 
Juan’s singles career titles include 1975 Shreveport finalist, 1968 Australian Championship contender title, 1971 Cincinnati title, 1972 New York title, 1974 Cedar Grove title and 1975 Barcelona title. While, the doubles career titles include 1976 Munich title, 1975 Shreveport title at Boca Raton, Bournemouth, Calcutta, Hamburg, Indianapolis and Tehran, 1974 Barcelona title, 1973 Monte Carlo title, 1972 Barcelona title, 1971 Barcelona title and many more.
 
Juan was a player known for his mental toughness owing to which many of his famous matches went the distance. His superior approach and dedication to the game made him stand out from the crowd.
