Tennis is an outdoor sport which can be played between two players or four players. Arnaud di Pasquale was born on 11 February 1979 in Casablanca, Morocco. His height is 6 foot 1 inch and weight 176 pounds. He is a right handed player. He started playing tennis at age seven hitting against a wall in Casablanca. In 1996, he finished as number 5 ranked junior in world and in following year, won five junior world titles, including US Open. In 1997, he competed in four Satellites, with a fourth place finish at Netherlands circuit. In 1998, he made biggest jump into Top 100 from previous season and reached first ATP, Association of Tennis Professionals final in Bucharest as qualifier and quarter final in Palermo and Lyon. He compiled 20-9 record in Challengers, winning title in Pribram and reaching final in Contrexeville. In 1999, he improved ranking for third consecutive year after winning first career title in Palermo and reached 4th round at Roland Garros, his best Grand Slam showing finished with 20-12 record on clay. In 2000, he advanced to semi final in Casablanca and earned a bronze medal at Sydney Olympics. Pasquale also reached quarter final in Bogota and semi final at two Challengers. In 2001, his best result of season came at TMS Monte Carlo, where he defeated number one at time Safin and Calatrava before losing to Federer in 3rd round. In 2002, he won first match since 2001 Monte Carlo at Ljubljana Challenger in May before going on to win title and dropped only one set all week. He followed with quarter final appearance in Prague Challenger and 4th round at Roland Garros. He posted victories over Russell, Arthurs and Srichaphan before losing to Safin in four sets. He finished year with quarter final in Barcelona Challenger and lost in qualifying competition at Paris. Arnaud di Pasquale is one of the most famous tennis players who has carved a niche in the world of tennis.
