Montreal Canadiens vs. Chicago Blackhawks 1930-31

In the season from 1930 to 1931 for Stanley Cup the match was played between two teams that are the Montreal Canadiens team and the Chicago Blackhawks team. The Montreal Canadiens team, who were the 1930 Stanley Cup champions, were back at it in the year 1931. The talk of the league in the year 1931 was the Canadiens teams' Howie Morenz, who was regarded as the fastest players in the league. The Canadiens team was epitomized by speed and was also referred to as the Flying Frenchmen. The Canadiens team met the surprising Chicago Black Hawks team, who finished well behind the Boston team in the regular season but advanced to the finals. The finals were expanded to a best-of-five format. The Canadiens team won the opening game by 2-1 and the fourth game by 4-2. In game two with double overtime and game three with triple overtime, the Chicago team won dramatically. But in game five, Johnny Gagnon and Morenz scored and the Canadiens team won by a score of 2-0 for their second-successive Cup. Finally the Montreal Canadiens team won the Stanley Cup of the sport again with standard performs. Cecil Hart played the role of coach for the Montreal Canadiens team. Using the advanced tricks playing in the teams, the players played the games and won the Cup.
