Portugal is a country that is very well-known due to the fact that it has many excellent football clubs. The best season for the CD Nacional has been the 2004-2005 one, in which they finished 4th. In addition, they participate in the UEFA Cup 2006-2007, in Scotland. The stadium where they play their home games is the Estádio Eng. Rui Alves, Funchal, Madeira, with a capacity of 3,000 spectators.
