This club plays its home games at Estadio Giancarlo Gronchi de Pedregal or La Pedregaleña, a stadium in Panama City with a capacity of 1,000 people.

Since the start of ANAPROF, the biggest rival of Tauro F.C. has been Plaza Amador. Both clubs are from Panama City but do not play in the same stadium. In Panama, their rivalry is referred to as “El Clásico.” The manager of Tauro F.C. is Gonzalo Soto. In 2003, Tauro F.C. played in the UNCAF Club Tournament.

Italian industrialist Giancarlo Gronchi dedicated his efforts to the foundation of this club. ANAPROF was created in 1988; before its creation, Tauro F.C. participated in the ADECOPA in the Liga Distritorial de Chepo (Chepo District League). The ADECOPA was the league for teams in the eastern portion of the Panamanaian Province. Tauro F.C. helped found ANAPROF; today, Tauro F.C. is among the most popular teams in the country.
