Scott Young was born on 1 October 1967 in Clinton, Massachusetts. Scott is a retired American professional ice hockey right winger. He played 17 seasons, from 1987 to 2006, for the Hartford Whalers, the Pittsburgh Penguins, the Quebec Nordiques, the Colorado Avalanche, the Anaheim Mighty Ducks, the Saint Louis Blues and the Dallas Stars of the NHL, National Hockey League. He has won 2 Stanley Cups in his Career.
 
Scott Young with all his dedication and devotion in his play achieved many goals in his overall athletic career. He had the ability of defeating the opponent easily by just giving some extra hard work and efforts. He never lost hope in himself and always fought hard to achieve his goal. He is still remembered as one of the best athletes in the history of Olympics.
