Golf is an outdoor sport where player as an individual or from varied teams strike a ball targeting a hole using various clubs. Zach Johnson was born on 24th February, 1976 in Iowa City, IA.  His height is 5 feet 11 inches and his weight is 160 pounds. He turned professional in 1998. In 1994, he was the First runner up finish came at Honda Classic, where he closed with 67. He also finished second at Colonial National Invitation after leading through 36 and 54 holes. His Final round 71 relinquished lead and eventually victory to Tom Lehman by one stroke.
 
In 1992, he became special temporary Tour member in April. He finished T6 at The Players Championship and Freeport McMoRan Classic in consecutive weeks. In 1998 he was member of third International Team in Presidents Cup in 1994, 1996, 1998. In 1997 he earned more than 200,000 dollars for sixth consecutive year and eclipsed 300,000 dollars mark for fourth time in six seasons. He won three international events Satelindo Indonesia Open on Omega Tour, Japan Open and Coolum Classic in Australia.
 
Johnson’s victory was 20th career victory worldwide, and second of 2002 Telstra Saturn Hyundai New Zealand Open. In 2001 he finished out of the top 100 on the money list for the first time since he became a Tour member in April 1992. In 2002, he earned first PGA Tour win in his 236th start at the WGC NEC Invitational. He jumped from number 118 to number 45 in Official World Golf Ranking.
 
Zach Johnson is one of the best known golf players in the history of the game. A unique style of game strategy and excellent judgment is what makes this great player one of the best all time golf players. Sheer determination, concentration and self confidence has helped him through out his professional career of playing golf to achieve what other players can only imagine of.
