Willie Wood, a professional Golfer in the PGA, Professional Golfers' Association was born on 1st October, 1960 in Kingsville, Texas. His height is 5 feet 7 inches and his weight is 145 pounds. He has turned professional in 1983. He has his PGA Tour victories in 1994 and 2000. He shared the first-round lead at the EDS Byron Nelson Championship after a 7-under 65.
 
In the year 1992, he has played on the Nationwide Tour to return to the PGA Tour in 1993. He had won Tulsa Open to finish third on the money list. In 1997, he has played in the Challenger Tour scoring record in final round at Buick Challenge where he was 10-under through 13 holes. He needed to birdie three of the final five holes to equal record but parred 14, 15 and 16 before birdies at 17 and 18 gave him a 60 and a third-place finish.
