Golf is an outdoor sport where player as an individual or from varied teams strike a ball targeting a hole using various clubs. This game does not have any fixed standard playing area, but an ideal measurement can be decided as per the availability of space and number of players involved. The game basically originated from Scotland and has been played for atleast five centuries in the British Isles. Although often viewed as an elite pastime, golf is now becoming an increasingly popular sport across all sections of society.
 
Will MacKenzie was born on May 1, 1971 in Cohuna, Victoria. His height is 6 feet 1 inch and weight is 195 pounds. He was the winner of many PGA, Professional Golfers' Association Tours. In 1997, he won Honda Classic Tour, in 1998, won the Kemper Open, in 1999, won the Shell Houston Open, in 2003, won the Las Vegas Invitational, in 2004, won the Mercedes Championships, in 2005, won the Mercedes Championships, and finally in 2006, he won the Mercedes Championships and Shell Houston Open. Mackenzie’s nationwide Tour victories were in 1995 where he won the NIKE Monterrey Open and NIKE Sonoma County Open. His International Victory was in 1998 where he won Coolum Classic, in 2001, he won Holden Australian Open. Mackenzie’s PGA Tour Playoff Record was 2-1 and Nationwide Tour Playoff Record was 1-1.
 
In 1995, MacKenzie became eighth player to win the first Nationwide Tour event with victory at Monterrey Open. In 1999, he earned his third PGA Tour title in as many seasons with Shell Houston Open win. In 2001, despite his four top-10s, he fell out of the top 30, at 55th, for the first time since 1998. In 2002, he moved back into top 50 in season Tour earnings highlighted by a near miss at the British Open. In 2004, he finished in the top 20 on the PGA Tour money list for the third time in his career and second consecutive season.
 
In 2005, MacKenzie finished in the top 30 on Tour for the third straight season and made fourth International Presidents Cup Team. He won for the third season and was the first player in 2005 to successfully defend a title with his victory at the Mercedes Championships. He is one of the best known golf players in the history of the game. A unique style of game strategy and excellent judgment is what makes this great player one of the best all time golf players.
