Golf is an outdoor sport where player as an individual or from varied teams strike a ball targeting a hole using various clubs. This game does not have any fixed standard playing area, but an ideal measurement can be decided as per the availability of space and number of players involved. The game basically originated from Scotland and has been played for atleast five centuries in the British Isles. Vaughn Taylor, a well known golfer was born on March 9, 1976 in Roanoke, Virginia. His height is 6 feet and his weight is 150 pounds. His PGA, Professional Golfers' Association Tour Victories are the 2004 and 2005 Reno Tahoe Open and nationwide Tour Victories are the 2003 Knoxville Open. In current year for the PGA Tour, after becoming the only first time participant at the 2005 Mercedes Championships, Taylor finished in the top 10 which was followed a year later at Kapalua. In his second career start at the Sawgrass, he recorded his first top 10 at The Players Championship with his T8 finish. In the 2005 Season, Taylor finished at 36 on the money list to earn invitation to the hometown Masters for the first time in 2006 at the Mercedes Championships. He was the only first time participant to finish among the top 10 at the Wachovia Championship, and was placed T5 in the final round by 5 under 67. He recorded four eagles during the week, including two eagles in the second round at Quail Hollow Golf Club. In his career, in 2000, he was a member of the Nationwide Tour in 2000. Taylor was qualified for the 1998 Unite States Open at The Olympic Club in San Francisco. He posted rounds of 76-76 and missed the cut and was the four time winner on the Hooters Tour. Taylor was the All-American during his senior season at Augusta State University in 2003 and finished 11th on Nationwide Tour's final money list to earn his initial PGA Tour card. He began his season with no status, but stormed out of the gate in May thus qualifying at the Virginia Beach Open and finishing second in 2004. A unique style of game strategy and excellent judgment is what makes this great player one of the best all time golf players.
