Golf is an outdoor sport where player as an individual or from varied teams strike a ball targeting a hole using various clubs. This game does not have any fixed standard playing area, but an ideal measurement can be decided as per the availability of space and number of players involved. The game basically originated from Scotland and has been played for atleast five centuries in the British Isles. Although often viewed as an elite pastime, golf is now becoming an increasingly popular sport across all sections of society.
 
Tom Scherrer was born on July 20, 1970 in Skaneateles, New York. His height is six foot and weight is 210 pounds. His best PGA, Professional Golfer’s Association tour finishes in 2000 Kemper Insurance Open.  In PGA tour his victories includes 2000 Kemper Insurance Open. His career highlights includes 2003 split time between the PGA tour and the nationwide tour. He entered 16 tournaments on the PGA tour and recorded two top 25 finishes including T21 at Reno Tahoe Open and T16 at the 84 Lumber Classic of Pennsylvania. He played in 10 nationwide tour events and finished T10 at the Lake Erie Charity Classic.
 
In 2002, he posted only top 10 of the season in late August at the Air Canada Championship. His final round 65 moved him up the leaderboard for a solo sixth finish. His best effort was when he finished alone in fourth at the 1999 Michelob Championship at Kingsmill and the other top 25 finishes include Genuity Championship, Compaq Classic of New Orleans and B.C. Open.
 
Tom Scherrer with all his dedication and devotion in his play achieved many goals in his overall career. He had the ability of defeating the opponent easily by just giving some extra hard work and efforts. He never lost hope in himself and always fought hard to achieve his goal. He is still remembered as one of the best player in the history of golf.
