In the Professional Golfers' Association, PGA Tour he won the 2003 Greater Hartford Open, 2005 Reno-Tahoe Open, finished T3 in 2004 at the B.C. Open and T3 at the Valero Texas Open. His Nationwide Tour victories are 2002 Fort Smith Classic. In 2004 he made 847,996 dollars and posted a career high four top 10s recording four rounds in the 60s at the Omni Tucson National Golf Resort to finish T8 at the Chrysler Classic of Tucson, his first top-10 of the season.
 
He was one stroke back of the lead through 18 holes at En-Joie Golf Club the next week and shared U.S. Bank Championship in Milwaukee at the first round lead at 5 under 65 with seven others, tying a Tour record for players sharing the lead through 18 holes in 2000 Honda Classic before finishing T18. He posted second consecutive top 10 at the Buick Championship.
 
Todd Fischer with all his dedication and devotion in his play achieved many goals in his overall career. He had the ability of defeating the opponent easily by just giving some extra hard work and efforts.
