Frank Lickliter II was born on July 28, 1969 in Middletown, Ohio. His height is 6 foot 1 inch and his weight is 200 pounds. He debuted in golf in 1991 and his 2006 PGA money list rank was number 88. In his current year he finished T4 at U.S. Bank Championship in Milwaukee, round 3 at U.S. Bank Championship in Milwaukee and round 1 in the Canadian Open. He finished T7 at The Honda Classic, finishing six strokes behind champion Luke Donald and T7 at the Deutsche Bank Championship, his third top-10 of the season.
 
In 2004 he finished inside the top 125 on the PGA Tour money list for the eighth time in his nine-year career and surpassed the 1-million dollar mark for the third time.  In 2003 he earned his second career PGA Tour victory in 219th start with two-shot wins over Chad Campbell at Chrysler Classic of Tucson. In 2001 he finished in the top 30 on the PGA Tour money list for the first time on the strength of a career-high eight top-10s and a victory.
 
Frank Lickliter II had the ability of defeating the opponent easily by just giving some extra hard work and efforts. He never lost hope in himself and always fought hard to achieve his goal. He is still remembered as one of the best golfers.
