Golf is an outdoor sport where player as an individual or from varied teams strike a ball targeting a hole using various clubs. Brandel Chamblee was the golf player. His height was 5 feet 10 inches with weight 155 pounds. After an unpleasant first experience with golf at age 7, didn't touch a club for five years. He worked as an ABC Sports golf commentator for nine PGA Tour events in 2003.
 
He joined the Golf Channel full-time in 2004 as an analyst on Champions Tour broadcasts and other shows after working for ABC Sports part-time in 2003. Was in a six-man Nissan Open playoff won by Robert Allenby in 2001. Finished among the top 100 on the TOUR money list for the seventh straight year. He has earned his first PGA Tour victory at 1998 Greater Vancouver Open. He has shared second-round lead and made 36-foot birdie putt on the 72nd hole to cap a 5-under-par 66 and a 19-under 265 for a three-stroke victory over Payne Stewart. He won 1990 New England Classic as a member of the Nationwide Tour in its inaugural season.
 
In his career 2002 his first top-10 of season was T6 at the Bob Hope Chrysler Classic. He was co-leader with Jay Haas after first-round 63. In 2001 he was in a six-man Nissan Open playoff won by Robert Allenby. In 1999 he tied for the lead after the first round of his first Masters Tournament with Nick Price, Scott McCarron and Davis Love III after a 69. He finished T18 and missed invitation to the 2000 Masters by two spots. In 1998 he earned his first PGA Tour victory at Greater Vancouver Open. His PGA Tour victories include 1998 Greater Vancouver Open and Best Nationwide Tour Finishes consist of 1990 Ben Hogan New England Classic. Till 2006 he played 368 events and made 188 cuts.
 
He is one of the best known golf players in the history of the game. A unique style of game strategy and excellent judgment is what makes this great player one of the best all time golf players.
