Golf is an outdoor sport where player as an individual or from varied teams strike a ball targeting a hole using various clubs. The game basically originated from Scotland and has been played for atleast five centuries in the British Isles. The two basic forms of playing golf are match play and stroke play.
 
Nationwide Tour is the developmental tour for the U.S. based PGA Tour, and features professional golfers who have either failed to score well at the Q-School to earn their PGA Tour card, or who have done so but then failed to win enough money to stay at that level. Those who are on the top 20 of the money list at year's end are given PGA Tour memberships for the next season. The Nationwide Tour is one of the nine tours on which Official World Golf Ranking points are available, and one of only two developmental tours that offer ranking points.
 
Tom Johnson was born in Sacramento, California. His age is 25, his height is 6 foot 2 inches and weight is 180 pounds. He turned professional in 2004. He was a member of the Nationwide Tour in 2005, posting one top-10 and a T9 finish at the Mark Christopher Charity Classic. He completed the season 105th on the money list. He was the winner of the Canadian Tour Qualifying Tournament in 2004.
 
At the Nationwide Tour he finished T6 in Oregon Classic Presented by Kendall Automotive Group in 2006, round 2 in the National Mining Association Pete Dye Classic, T9 at Mark Christopher Charity Classic Presented by Adelphia. In the 2005 Season at the Nationwide Tour Tournaments he entered 16 tournaments, was seventh in money and was first in the Top 10 finishes.
 
Tom Johnson with all his dedication and devotion in his play achieved many goals in his overall golf career. He had the ability of defeating the opponent easily by just giving some extra hard work and efforts. He never lost hope in himself and always fought hard to achieve his goal. He is still remembered as one of the best players in the history of golf.
