Golf is an outdoor sport where player as an individual or from varied teams strike a ball targeting a hole using various clubs. The game basically originated from Scotland and has been played for at least five centuries in the British Isles. The two basic forms of playing golf are match play and stroke play. Brian McCann is one of the golf players who participated in the Nationwide Tour. Nationwide Tour is the developmental tour for the United States based PGA, Professional Golfers Association Tour, and features professional golfers who have either failed to score well at the Qualifying School to earn their PGA Tour card, or who have done so but then failed to win enough money to stay at that level. Brian McCann was born on 25th of October, 1974 in the Montreal suburb of Canada. As a golf player, he possesses a height of feet 11 inches with a weight of 170 pounds. Brian was a member of the Nationwide Tour in 2004, finishing the season at the number 120 position on the money list with 30,075 US dollars. He compiled cuts in 10 of 27 tournaments that year, with a Tied 9th at the Virginia Beach Open, his lone top-10 finish. He has also played on the South African Tour and the Canadian Tour during the 2002 to 2003 season. Brian also won the Portugal Azores Open in 2001. He represented Canada at the Four Nations Cup in 1997 and was a member of the Canadian World Amateur team in 1996. He was a two time top ranked rookie in Ontario in the 1995 to 1996 season. During the 2005 season Nationwide Tour, Brian entered the first ranking position in money. His best Nationwide Tour finishes include a Tied 9th effort in 2004 at the Virginia Beach Open. Brian, with all his perseverance and superior approach towards the sport, accomplished many aspirations in his overall golf career. He possesses the ability of defeating the opponent easily by just giving some extra effort. He never lost hope in himself and always strived hard to accomplish his ambition.
