Golf is an outdoor sport where player as an individual or from varied teams strike a ball targeting a hole using various clubs. Brent Schwarzrock is one of the proficient golf players who earned a reputed position for himself at the Nationwide Tour. Nationwide Tour is the developmental tour for the United States based PGA, Professional Golfers’ Association Tour, and features professional golfers who have either failed to score well at the Qualifying School to earn their PGA Tour card, or who have done so but then failed to win enough money to stay at that level.
 
Brent was born in Orlando, Florida. As a golf player, he listed a height of 6 feet 4 inches with a weight of 220 pounds. He was a member of the PGA Tour from 2000 to 2003 and the Nationwide Tour in 1998 and 2004 to 2005 seasons. He collected 70,937 US dollars in 2005 to finish at number 70 position on the money list. He compiled cuts in 14 of 23 events, with two top 10 finishes. He started the year with a Tied 8th at the Jacob's Creek Open. 
 
Brent compiled cuts in 12 of 19 starts on the 2004 Nationwide Tour. He had a season-best Tied 6th at the Gila River Golf Classic. Only other top-25 finish came at The Reese's Cup Classic. He was Tied 6th  at the 2003 Chitimacha Louisiana Open, his only start on the Nationwide Tour and his best season on the PGA Tour came in 2001, when he finished number 142 on money list, with 322,336 US dollars despite being limited to 20 events.
 
Brent’s superior approach and dedication towards the sport made him surpass the other players of his epoch. However, he gained prominence only after he won the first Nationwide Championship title in his career and became an international celebrity and a symbol of hope to millions.
