NHL, the National Hockey League is a premier professional North American Sports League played in indoor stadiums. It’s divided into two conferences, each comprising of three divisions of ice hockey teams. The league was established in 1917 in Montreal, Quebec and it is composed of 30 teams out of which 24 teams based in U.S. and 6 in Canada. They have a regular season and playoffs leading to the Stanley Cup, which is the NHL Championship final.
 
The Vancouver Canucks are a professional NHL ice hockey team based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. They play under Western conference and Northwest division. The team was founded in 1970 and is based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Their head coach is Alain Vigneault. In 1981 1982 season and the 1993 1994 season they were Conference Championships and in 1975, 1992, 1993 and 2004 they were the Division Championships. Their First NHL Victory was on October 11th, 1970 verses Toronto Maple Leafs.
 
In 1945 the Pacific Coast Hockey League established an ice hockey franchise in the city of Vancouver which was known as the Canucks and won immediately. In 1994, the team made their second trip to the finals, entering that year's playoffs as the seventh seed in the Western Conference. The 2005 2006 season began with much promise, with some hockey analysts picking the Canucks as favorites of the Stanley Cup.
 
The Vancouver Canucks with all the dedication and devotion in their play has achieved many goals in their overall hockey-playing span. They possess the ability of defeating the opponent easily by giving some extra hard work and efforts.
