Nancy Scranton, a LPGA golf player was born on 26th April 1961, in Centralia, Illinois. Her height is 5 foot 9 inches. Her career victories are 3 in 2000 and career-low round is 64. In amateur, Scranton collected most of her amateur victories in her home state of Illinois. She won the 1983 Illinois Women’s State Championship, the 1979 and 1982-1983 Southern Illinois Championship and the 1981-1982 Saint Louis Metro Championship.
 
In 2004, she finished her season on a high note and posting consecutive top-10 finishes at the Wendy’s Championship for Children and the Wachovia LPGA Classic hosted by Betsy King, where she tied for fourth and tied for sixth, respectively. In 2003, her best finish was a tie for 29th at the ShopRite LPGA Classic and recorded the second hole-in-one of her LPGA career during the first round of the Asahi Ryokuken International Championship at Mount Vintage.
 
In 2002, her best finish was a tie for 10th at the Asahi Ryokuken International Championship at Mount Vintage. In 2001, her best finish was a tie for third at the Cup Noodles Hawaiian Ladies Open, where she tied her career-low round of 64 during the second round and also carded a 64 during the first round of the Sybase Big Apple Classic presented by Golf Magazine, where she tied for fifth and crossed 2 million dollars mark in career earnings after the Your Life Vitamins LPGA Classic. In 2000, after more than seven years without a victory, she captured the Subaru Memorial of Naples title after a two-hole playoff with Maria Hjorth. She also qualified for the U.S. Solheim Cup Team.
 
Nancy Scranton with all her dedication and devotion in her play achieved many goals in her overall golf career. She had the ability of defeating the opponent easily by just giving some extra hard work and efforts. She never lost hope in herself and always fought hard to achieve her goal.
