Golf is an outdoor sport where player as an individual or from varied teams strike a ball targeting a hole using various clubs. The game basically originated from Scotland and has been played for atleast five centuries in the British Isles. The two basic forms of playing golf are match play and stroke play.
LPGA stands for Ladies Professional Golf Association Tour. LPGA, in is an American organization for female professional golfers. The organization, with headquarters in Daytona Beach, Florida runs a series of weekly golf tournaments for elite female golfers from around the world from February to November each year. The LPGA was founded in 1950 by a group of 13 women. LPGA Tour's events are held in the United States.
Sara Sanders was born on 14 December 1972. Her height is 5 foot 8 inches. In 2002, she tied her career-low score of 66 during the first round of the Longs Drugs Challenge. In 2001, her best finish was a tie for sixth at the Chick-fil-A Charity Championship hosted by Nancy Lopez, where she tied her career-low score of 66 in the first round. In 2000, she finished in the top-15 three times, including a season-best 10th place at the Jamie Farr Kroger Classic. She recorded her second career hole in one during the second round of the Welch’s Circle K Championship. In 1999, her best finish was a tie for ninth at the area Web.Com Challenge and fired a career-low 66 during the first round of the Philips Invitational Honoring Harvey Penick and recorded her first hole in one during the opening round of the du Maurier Classic.
Sanders was the 1994 San Diego City amateur champion and participated in the 1995-96 U.S. Women’s Amateur Championships. In 1995, she was a quarterfinalist at the U.S. Women’s Public Links Championship. In 1996, she finished 2nd at the California State Amateur. Her superior approach and dedication to the game made her stand out from the crowd.
