LPGA stands for Ladies Professional Golf Association Tour. LPGA, in is an American organization for female professional golfers. The organization, with headquarters in Daytona Beach, Florida runs a series of weekly golf tournaments for elite female golfers from around the world from February to November each year. The LPGA was founded in 1950 by a group of 13 women. LPGA Tour's events are held in the United States.

Barbara Romack was born on 16 November 1932 in Sacramento, California. Her height is 5 foot 4 inches. Her lowest career round is 68 with one Tour victory. In Amateur, she is three times selected to the Curtis Cup team. She won the U.S.Amateur in 1954 and was runner-up in 1958. Four times California State champion, three time South Atlantic champion, she was named Los Angeles Times Women Ath;ete of thr year in 1954. She holds one of the greatest amateur records ever taken onto the tour.

She joined the Tour in 1958 and instantly began to register high finishes. Her career earnings are $63000, highlighted by a win in the 1963 Rock City Open. She spends much of the season making individual appearances on behalf of MacGregor Golf Company. Her superior approach and dedication to the game made her stand out from the crowd.
