Ritzman, Alice was born on 1st March 1952, in Kalispell, Montana. During her first full year on Tour in 1979, Ritzman established an LPGA all-time record, which still stands, by carding three eagles in one round at the 1979 Colgate European Open. In 1986, she had six top-10 finishes. She lost to Betsy King in a sudden-death playoff at the 1986 Rail Charity Classic. In 1986, she posted her career-low round of 64 at the Rochester International. In 1989, she had two second-place ties and nine top-10 finishes. She recorded five top-10 finishes in 1990. She had three top-10 finishes in 1991 and earned 102,576 dollars. She has the highest ranking of 43 on the career money list as a non-winner with 1,490,016 dollars. She posted six top-10 finishes in 1992. Her best finish was a solo third in the Mazda Japan Classic.

With all her dedication and devotion in her play, Ritzman achieved many goals in her overall professional golf career. She had the ability of reaching the pinnacle easily by just giving some extra hard work and efforts. She never lost hope in herself and always fought hard to achieve her goal.
