LPGA stands for Ladies Professional Golf Association Tour. LPGA, in is an American organization for female professional golfers. The organization, with headquarters in Daytona Beach, Florida runs a series of weekly golf tournaments for elite female golfers from around the world from February to November each year. The LPGA was founded in 1950 by a group of 13 women. LPGA Tour's events are held in the United States.
 
Lunn, Mardi was born on 9th January 1968 in Liverpool, New South Wales, Australia. With a height of five foot eleven inch, she turned towards professional golf in August 1988 and began competing on the Women Professional Golfers’ European Tour and the Asian Tour, where she won two titles, namely the 1991 Thailand Open and the 1993 European Open. In 1993, she also qualified for the LPGA Tour by tying for second at the LPGA Final Qualifying Tournament to earn exempt status for the 1994 season. In 1994, her best finish was a tie for 15th at the Atlanta Women’s hampionship.
 
In 1995, she posted two top-10 finishes including a tie for eighth at the GHP Heartland Classic and a tie for 10th at the Star Bank LPGA Classic. In 1996, she carded her best finish of the season at the Friendly’s Classic, where she finished third. In 1997, she tied for seventh at the CoreStates Betsy King Classic for her best finish of the season. In 1998, her best finish came at the LPGA Corning Classic, where she tied for fifth position. In 1999, she captured her first LPGA win at the area Web.Com Challenge. She posted a career-low 65 during the first round of the Jamie Farr Kroger Classic, which she eventually lost to Se Ri Pak in a six-way, sudden death playoff. In 2000, her season-best finish was a tie for 18th at the Firstar LPGA Classic in conjunction with the Children’s Medical Center.
 
With all her dedication and devotion in her play, Lunn achieved many goals in her overall professional golf career. She had the ability of reaching the pinnacle easily by just giving some extra hard work and efforts. She never lost hope in herself and always fought hard to achieve her goal.
