Golf is an outdoor sport where player as an individual or from varied teams strike a ball targeting a hole using various clubs. LPGA stands for Ladies Professional Golf Association Tour. LPGA, in is an American organization for female professional golfers. The organization, with headquarters in Daytona Beach, Florida runs a series of weekly golf tournaments for elite female golfers from around the world from February to November each year. The LPGA was founded in 1950 by a group of 13 women. LPGA Tour's events are held in the United States.




 


Coe-Jones Dawn was born on 19 October 1960 in Campbell River, British Columbia, Canada. Her rookie year was 1984. Her career earnings, rank are $3,262,991 and 37 respectively.  In 2005, her best finish of the season was a tie for 17th at the Longs Drugs Challenge, where she carded a season-low 66 during the second round. Representing Canada with Lorie Kane, she tied for sixth at the inaugural Women’s World Cup of Golf, an unofficial LPGA event.



 


In 1983, she initially qualified for the LPGA Tour at the October LPGA Final Qualifying Tournament, where she finished fifth. In 1992, she became a Rolex First-Time Winner at the Women’s Kemper Open and crossed the $1 million mark in career earnings with a fifth-place finish at the U.S. Women’s Open. She narrowly missed out on her second victory of the season at the Oldsmobile Classic.




 


In 1994, she captured her second LPGA title at the Healthsouth Palm Beach Classic; finished second at the Rochester International and recorded her first LPGA career hole in one during the du Maurier Ltd. Classic. In 1995, she captured her third LPGA title at the Chrysler-Plymouth Tournament of Champions. In 1998, she recorded a season-best finish at the du Maurier Classic with a tie for fourth.



 


In 2000, her best finish was a tie for sixth at the Philips Invitational Honoring Harvey Penick, where she recorded her second LPGA career hole in one during the second round. In 2003, her best finish was a tie for 14th at the Wachovia LPGA Classic hosted by Betsy King. In 2004, she recorded her season best finish at the BMO Financial Group Canadian Women’s Open, where she tied for fifth and crossed the $3 million mark in career earnings at the Michelob Ultra Open at Kingsmill. With all her dedication and devotion Coe-Jones Dawn has achieved many goals in her overall playing career.
