Cho Aram was born on 31 October 1985 in Kang Reung, Kangwondo, South Korea. Her career best finish is T45, and career-low round is 69. Her career earnings and rank is $13,691 and 544 respectively. In 2005, in her professional career, she returned to the LPGA Final Qualifying Tournament presented by American Airlines, where she tied for 29th to earn non-exempt status for the 2006 season.
 
In 2003, she turned professional and began competing on the Korea LPGA. In 2004, she joined the Futures Tour and posted five top-10 finishes, including victories at the Michelob Ultra Futures Charity Golf Classic and Stratton Mountain Futures Classic, to finish fourth on the Futures Tour season-ending money list and earn exempt status for the 2005 LPGA Tour. She qualified for the LPGA Tour by virtue of her fourth-place finish on the 2004 Futures Tour money list.

Cho Aram is a player known for her mental toughness owing to which many of her famous matches went the distance. Her superior approach and dedication to the game made her stand out from the crowd.
