Joe Ozaki was born on May 18, 1956 in Tokushima. His full name is Naomichi Joe Ozaki. His height is 5 feet 8 inches with a weight of 160 pounds. He turned professional in the year 1977. His other victories include the 1984 Shizuoka Open, Sapporo Tokyu Open, the 1985 Nikkei Cup, the 1986 Pepsi Ube, the 1987 Tokai PGA Championship and the 1990 Japan PGA Match Play and the 1999 Tsuruya Open, Japan PGA Championship, and the Japan Open.
 
In his 2005 season he has finished third at the 2005 Champions Tour National Qualifying Tournament at the PGA of Southern California Golf Course. He was the second-round and third-round leader before finishing third in his first attempt. He was the medallist at the first stage held at Metro West in Orlando, Florida.
 
Joe Ozaki was a player who was totally dedicated in his play. He completely believed in hard work. With his hard work and devotion in his play, he has achieved many goals in his overall golf-playing career.
