The Tour Championship is the final event of golf's PGA Tour season. The top 30 money winners on the PGA Tour after the penultimate event qualify for the Championship, which is one of the richest tournaments on the tour.
 
Jim Ahern was born in Duluth, Minnesota. His height is 5 feet 9 inches and his weight is 160 pounds. He Turned Pro in 1972. His Champions Tour Victories were the 1999 AT&T Canada Senior Open Championship.  2003  Music City Championship at Gaylord Opryland. And other victories were 1973 Yuma Open, 1986 Nebraska Open, 1986 North Dakota Open, 1990 Nebraska Open, 1991 North Dakota Open, 1992 South Dakota Open and 1997 Yamaha Pro-Pro Championship.
 
In 2005, Ahern enjoyed immediate success after playing a full time schedule on the Champions Tour for the first time and finished 21st on the money list and earned a career-best on the Professional Golfers' Association, PGA Tour. He was the 36-hole leader at the Tournament Club of Iowa, but eventually missed on a playoff berth with Tom Jenkins and D.A. Weibring after posting an even-par 71. He also contended for the first time at The ACE Group Classic when he made a pair of eagles in the final round and eventually finished T4 in Naples.
 
Jim Ahern, with all his dedication and devotion in his play achieved many goals in his overall athletic career. He had the ability of defeating the opponent easily by just giving some extra hard work and efforts. He never lost hope in himself and always fought hard to achieve his goal. He is still remembered as one of the best athletes in the history of golf.
