Natalya Pomoschnikova was born on 9th of July, 1965 and is a Soviet athlete who competed in the Olympic events. She participated mainly in the 100 meter event and trained at Burevestnik in Moscow. She competed for the USSR, Union of Soviet Socialist Republics team in the 1988 Summer Olympics held in Seoul, South Korea in the 4 by 100 metres where she won the bronze medal with her team mates Lyudmila Kondratyeva, Galina Malchugina and Marina Zhirova. Pomoschnikova earned a reputed position for herself and her nation in the Olympic history by compiling a bronze medal. She strived hard, regardless of the painstaking conditions in her overall athletic career. She is not only a potential player but an athlete with unique features and tremendous patriotism for her nation.
