Wojciech Bartnik
The Olympic Games, or Olympics, is an international multi-sport event taking place every four years which comprises of summer and winter games. The unity of the 5 continents is shown on the Olympic flag by five colorful intertwined rings of red, blue, green, yellow, and black, created by Baron Pierre de Coubertin to represent at least one color of the participating country’s national flag. Wojciech Bartnik was born on December 2, 1967 in Olesnica. He was a boxer from Poland, who won a Light Heavyweight Bronze medal at the 1992 Summer Olympics. Bartnik began his professional career in 2001 and had limited success. His biggest fight was a point’s loss to Albert Sosnowski in 2004.
He is a player known for his mental toughness owing to which many of his famous matches went the distance. His superior approach and dedication to the game made him stand out from the crowd.
