Christian Alexander Troger was born on October 10, 1969 and is a former swimmer from Germany, who won a total number of three bronze medals as a relay member at the Summer Olympics. He first did so in 1992 along side Mark Pinger, Dirk Richter, and Steffen Zesner.

He is a player known for his mental toughness owing to which many of his famous matches went the distance. His superior approach and dedication to the game made his stand out from the crowd.
