Anna-Karin Kammerling born on October 19, 1980 was a world-record breaking Swedish swimmer, who was born in Malmo, Sweden. Currently she resides in Sundsvall and trains with the Sundsvalls Swim Club under coach Hans Bergquist. In the year 1998 in European Championships second in 50 meters butterfly, was her top performance.

In 1999 European Championships she was first in 50 meters butterfly, fifth in 50 meters free. In World Championships she was second in 50 meters butterfly and sixth in 50 meters free. At European Championships she finished first in 50 meters butterfly and second in 50 meters free.  In 2000 Olympic Games she secured ninth place in 50 meters free and sixteenth in 100 meters butterfly, third in 4 by 100 meters free relay. In European Championships first in 50 meters butterfly, fourth in 50meters free and fifth in 100 meters butterfly. In 2001 World Championships, third in 50 meters butterfly, eighth in 50 meters free, fourth in 4 by 100 meters free relay.
 
In 2002 SC World Championships  first in 50 meters butterfly, third in 100 meters butterfly, first in 4 by 100 meters free relay and  first  in  4 by 100 meters medley relay. In 2003 World Championships she was third in 50 meters butterfly, sixth in 100 meters butterfly, fourteenth in 50 meters free. In 2004 Olympic Games  seventh in 4 by 100 meters free relay, in  World Championships second  in 50 meters butterfly , ninth in 50 meters free and second in  4 by 100 meters free relay.
