Viktor Petrenko is one of the finest athletes who set an appreciated position for himself in the Olympic history. He is a figure skater who was born in Odessa of the Soviet Union on June 27, 1969. Viktor started skating at the age of 5 years and other favorite sport of his youth was soccer.
 
Viktor won the Junior World Championships at the end of 1983 and earned a position in the Soviet Union's senior national team for the next season. Although he was still very young he had already developed some characteristic movements such as the layback spin or the beautiful landing of his jumps with rounded arms and upturned palms.

Viktor currently skates at the Champions on Ice Winter tour and performs a new number to Lou Bega's hit. Viktor, with all his perseverance and superior approach towards the sport, accomplished many aspirations in his overall athletic career. He possessed the ability of defeating the opponent easily by just giving some extra effort. He never lost hope in himself and always strived hard to accomplish his ambition.
