Tsuyoshi Wada
The Olympic Games, or Olympics, is an international multi-sport event taking place every four years which comprises of summer and winter games. Though the first ancient games were held in 776 B.C, the modern games started from 1896.The unity of the 5 continents is shown on the Olympic flag by five colorful intertwined rings of red, blue, green, yellow, and black, created by Baron Pierre de Coubertin to represent atleast one color of the participating country’s national flag. Tsuyoshi Wada was born on February 21, 1981 in Konan, Aichi. He is a Japanese baseball player. He plays for the Fukuoka Softbank Hawks, in the Pacific League. He is a left handed pitcher. After appearing at Koshien for the high school national championships he pitched for Waseda University for four years. He was participated in Olympic. After successfully becoming Waseda's ace and leading the team to two Tokyo Big 6 championships, he was drafted by the then Fukuoka Daiei Hawks. He won the Pacific League Rookie of the year award in 2003, having a record of 14 wins and 5 losses and an ERA, Earned Runs Average of 3.38 over 26 games. In the following season he went 10-6 with a 4.35 ERA, a performance that still ranked 12th in Japan. Wada married gravure idol Kasumi Nakane in 2005.
Tsuyoshi Wada with all his dedication and devotion in his play achieved many goals in his overall athletic career. He had the ability of defeating the opponent easily by just giving some extra hard work and efforts. He never lost hope in himself and always fought hard to achieve his goal. He is still remembered as one of the best athletes in the history of Olympics.
